Ideal candidates will demonstrate superior writing skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and proven experience appearing in Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts. We are looking for someone motivated to build and maintain a robust trial practice, ready to manage a diverse docket with hands-on involvement alongside clients, courts, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel. Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in family litigation
• Experience in intricate high net worth family law matters, including discovery and depositions
• Strong financial and analytical skills, particularly in asset division
• Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing
• Candidates must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts
